UK Shipping:

• FREE Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days
• Royal Mail Tracked First Class Shipping: 1-2 Working Days: £4.95

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM GMT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 10 AM GMT will begin processing the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. Blu Kartel will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Holiday Delivery:

All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.
If you place your order after 3pm on the Friday or over the Bank Holiday Weekend this will not be dispatched until the Tuesday.

Christmas delivery 

Due to an overwhelming amount of orders over the christmas period, there may be a 1-2 day delay in processing your order.
